The purpose of Christ In You Ministries is to make known the spiritual riches that are available through the manifested power of the mystery which is, Christ in you, the hope of glory. To make known that we have been given great grace by way of the gift of holy spirit. This we preach and teach endeavoring to help others understand and to admonish them with the wisdom of God so that everyone may have perfect believing in Christ.
Colossians 1:27 & 28
"To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you the hope of glory:
Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:"
Our desire is to help people understand the fullness of being one body, with Christ as the head and that we all have in common the same promise. That we can all manifest power from on high through the gift of holy spirit and we can do the works of Jesus Christ and greater works because we have Christ in us, the hope of glory. That we can love as Christ loves and be filled with the fullness of God.
John 14:12
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."
I Corinthians 2:5
"That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."
Ephesians 3:1-21
"For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
Which in other ages was not made known onto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things, by Jesus Christ:
To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by faith of him.
Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
For this cause I bow my knees onto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Ephesians 4:11-16
"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
I Timothy 2:1-2
"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."
Acts 1:8
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem , and in Judaea, and in Samaria , and unto the uttermost part of the earth."
I Timothy 2:4
"Who will [desires to] have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth."
Proverbs 29:18
"Where there is no vision, the people perish [wander aimlessly]: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he."
Habakkuk 2:2
"And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it."
Haggai 1:7-8
"Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways.
Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord.
Haggai 2:7
"And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts."
It has always been God's desire to have a place of habitation. In the Old Testament it was a tabernacle, temple or synagogue, made of physical materials. In the Church of today it is His people, the one body of Christ with Christ as the head.
I Corinthians 3:9
"For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building,"
Ephesians 2:19-22
"Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the spirit."
